Two years back when we lost 2 nil to Barcelona,
They said we'd never get a chance again.
Four years back when Chelsea had won back to back titles,
They said 19 was just a magic number.
17 years back when some scousers dismissed our 8th premier league title,
They told us to come back when we had 18.
7 years back when Arsenal went undefeated,
They said United would never be the same again.
63 years back when our 8 players died in the Munich crash,
People said dreams have also died with the players,
But here we stand with 19 titles, one better than you Liverpool. *koyakz*
Here we've won 9 majors since you last won a trophy Arsenal.
Liverpool, you may have won 5, but try getting into Europe before bragging.
Chelsea don't deserve explanations,
You've got that at Old Trafford.
And for all those who doubted our quality,
4 years, 3 finals in Europe, 3 titles in the most difficult leagues,
Even the beautiful divers at Barca haven't done.
No matter what, we kept coming back.
No matter who leaves, we keep coming back.
And maybe we love doing things the hard way..
But you know what?
You NEVER write us off.
Glory Glory Man United.
*Salutes the writer*

But nevertheless, we big people with good sportsmanship, hereby congratulate Barcelona FC for winning yet again.
It was a good match. But sometimes we've just got to admit that we're not always the best.
Though I know it would be so much fun if Man Utd had won.. to see the faces of *you know who you are* in shock and disbelief and to dig it into their skins all week long. It would have been fun seeing their constipated and jealous looks and to just enjoy watching them deny about the fact that we won. Mannnn, how I crave for it!
Haha, but I guess winning the EPL is already a cold hard fact they would have to accept. (They are still denying tho. Lols how funny!) As said, we will be back. Watch your backs folks!

The man with decayed teeth
"Hello, Hello??"
Silently, I peeked through the cracks of my window.
Hm, a dirty looking mower, dressed in a stained orange polo t-shirt holding his filthy bicycle was standing outside my gate in the rain.
Hm, a dirty looking mower, dressed in a stained orange polo t-shirt holding his filthy bicycle was standing outside my gate in the rain.
I stood there silently for 10 seconds thinking, should I open the door?
The poor guy sure looks desperate, and for RM 12 he asked if he could cut my grass.
Feeling really pitiful for him, I went out and opened the door for him.
So I asked him, "You boleh potong kah? Sekarang sedang hujan ni.."
He said yes sure, with a wide smile exposing his decayed tooth.
Oh well, this poor guy really needs this job and my heart went out to him.
Recently, I kept having this sudden urge to bless random people.
And, I don't know what but something kept prompting me to bless this random fella who was cleaning my garden.
Glancing out of the window again, I see this hardworking old man, working tirelessly in the rain.
My heart felt so sour.
I really wanted to bless that guy.
After about 30 mins of cleaning and all the hard work, I went out to pay him.
Instead of giving him what he asked for, I gave him more than that amount with the reason that he worked so hard in the rain.
A small smile appeared at the corner of his lips.
Before he left, I also gave him a packet of cold drink which left him speechless.
He kept saying "Thank you, thank you", smiling from ear to ear, exposing more decayed teeth.
My heart was filled with joy.
My heart was filled with joy.
The smile on his face was priceless, and I knew that my little actions did touched his life.
I cannot find the words to describe the feeling and satisfaction of blessing others.
Its more than just feeling happy, joyful or satisfying. Its much more than that.
From today onwards, I've decided to bless as many random people as possible.
I want to touch lives in my own special way.
I want to be a blessing, always.

Sweet Nineteen
You deserved it, Manchester United :)
Am so proud to be a part of this great victory.
ps: so far only 2 Liverpool friends I have (Adrian Cheong & Aizuddin Arshad) had the courage to say that Man Utd deserves this. The rest of them, are probably still living in denial, or are just plain sore losers. :)

Twenty-five years after taking over at Manchester United with the goal of knocking Liverpool “off their perch”, Alex Ferguson’s long-held dream is likely to become reality today (The Star 2011).
United need only a draw at Blackburn to secure a record 19th title and overtake Liverpool as the most successful club in English history.
Anyone wanna partayy tonite babehh?

I love my super cool mum
How often do you get people asking you, “Is she your older sister?”
No, I do not have an older sister. That..... is my mum!
There’s this once, someone asked my dad.. “Are all four your daughters?”
Wow, like seriously? Haha. I was happy for my mum. But was kinda sad for my dad. :P
There is ONE weird fact about my mum.
The older she gets, the younger she looks.
I’m serious! And the older she gets, the cooler, hotter, sexier, funnier and cuter she becomes.
| Feel free to ask my mum what her secret is :) |
My mum is an extraordinary lady.
You know what’s the one thing I admire about her? I admire the fact that she has a big heart. A heart so kind, loving and accepting, she’s able to accept anyone, especially the unlovable and love them just the same.
My mum is the most generous person on planet Earth.
Since young, my mum would always have people coming over to our place for dinner, lunch, tea, supper or just for fun.
Once I asked her, “Ma, why do you always invite so many people over for? Somemore always give them free meals?”
She smiles and say, “The more the merrier mah! J and it is always better to give than to receive.”
So every week without fail till TODAY she would have her own “followers”, kids or young adults following us home, stay over, for dinner and etc.
I am so proud of my mum knowing that she impacted so many lives. How many of you have mums who has more young friends than me? :P
Everyone loves to hang out with her. Sometimes I wonder to myself, are my friends here to hang out with me or my mum? Even Adrian says he loves hanging out with my super cool mum. Haha!

Happy mama's day!
#ilovemymum;she is God's gift to me. Because without her, I would not have been brought out into this world to enjoy the life I now enjoy.
Whatever I am today, whatever I have achieved, I owe it all to my mom. She has taught me well.
When I grow up, I just want to be just like you.
I love you and I love you with all my heart!

What would you do?
I was lining up one day in the ladies @ Bugis Junction Shopping Mall.
The queue was long and we all had to line up.
One by one people took turns to ease themselves.
After waiting for quite some time, finally it was my turn to go into the cubicle, well just after this one more girl lining up in front of me.
Suddenly an old lady, probably in her mid 70s just came out of nowhere and stood at the front of the queue.
*whispers*
"What on earth is she doing??"
"Didn't she know that there's a queue here??"
"We've waited so long, how dare she cut out queue?!"
I bit my lip and decided to just watched silently and observed what would the people lining up behind me (around 10+ or so) do or react to that awkward situation.
I felt the whole atmosphere in the toilet heating up as the clock ticks by.
And finally the moment I knew was coming, came.
*talks loudly in a sacarstic tone*
"Wahhh, so brave ah. Didn't she know that we had to LINE UP??"
"Yeahh, exactly. Can't she SEE that??"
"Woi Aunty, can line up or not?!"
What would I do?
I really think that no matter what, that poor old lady sure had her reasons for cutting the line.
Young people these days somehow seem to leave their "manners" at home.
I would personally let the old lady use the toilet first, whether or not she has her reasons for cutting my queue.
Its better to bless than to be blessed.

Happy anniversary dearest mummy and daddy
Mom & Dad,
As I grow older and as years go by, I realize more and more what great parents I have. I really feel so blessed to have been able to be a part of this great family. I have learned so much from the both of you and you are indeed great examples of Christlike love. You guys have always been great leaders in the Church, community and in our family. You truly are living a great legacy for generations to come. I love you and I am grateful and thankful to God, for what a blessing it is to have the both you as my parents.
Love,
Michelle

This year, Jan has decided to do a scrapbook kinda card for our parents 24th anniversary.
So she went shopping and got caught up buying all these beautiful art and craft materials.
Beautiful aren't they?
They don't come cheap too.
All these things below cost her around $SGD70!
But that amount seems so small if compared to the love mummy and daddy had showered us with for the past 23 years.
heh.
![]() |
| These were the raw materials. TOO MANY STUFF. I seriously had no idea which to start with. |
![]() |
| I was practically pulling out my hair while doing this. |
![]() |
| Finally, the creative juices were flooding my brains. |
![]() |
| Was just messing around and playing with all the beautiful materials. |
![]() |
| Tada! #1 Happy anniversary mum dad! |
![]() |
| #2 See how we've grown! |

| #3 Soh Family |

| Took me at least 5-6 hours to complete. Thanks Eve for the pictures :) |

| I'm just glad that mummy and daddy both liked the card and seeing them smile made it all worthwhile. |
I ♥ you, mum & dad.
happy 24th anniversary :)
