Merry Christmas 2009!

Christmas 2009 was a spectacular one.

First of all, I'm really glad that my family drove up all the way just to watch me perform and spend Christmas together-gether.

Mum, Dad, Lyn and Jan all agreed that the production was a BLAST!!

Thinking bout salmon makes me drool.

Ate so many barbeque crabs too.

Oh what fun..

Done with my Christmas shopping! *I think..hmm.*

Luckily I had Tasya to accompany me all around Sunway Pyramid.

Up, down, in, out, left, right, yes, no, MAYBE?

Goshhhh. Shopping has never, NEVER been so stressful.

Every year I have mummy and daddy to go shopping with.

They are also my most convenient moving ATM machines and I missed them so much this year.

Men & women

I watched a show and I was amused about what an actor said:

Men cannot understand women and women cannot understand men.
Men cannot understand why women hate drunkards but not gangsters.
Men cannot understand why women allow the cabbies to drive speed as much as they want to but not their husbands.
Men cannot understand why women like to be scrawny, and call that the standard of beauty.
Men and women are like chalk and cheese.
They can never understand each other, they can only accept one another.

Twenty-one year old girl

Yours truly celebrated her twenty first birthday last weekend.

I am thankful that I am able to spend this memorable joyous event with all the wonderful people in my life.

My family, relatives, friends, and church members.

It was awesome awesome awesome (:

Thank you Mummy and Daddy for planning this wonderful b'day bash for me.

For making my dream come true of wanting a poolside party.

Turning twenty one

As I grow older, things change.

I still do look forward to receiving presents and spend hours picturing all the nice nice presents I hope I'll get.

Hehe.

But as I grow older, I came to realise that these are what I call temporal happiness.

There is no doubt that I may be uber happy receiving all those gifts and all. :P

But the most important thing in life, is when I have my family and friends with me during my happy moments.

That is what I call true happiness.

I want to thank Mummy and Daddy for planning my bday party for me.

Its not easy, and its not cheap.

Where can I find such awesome parents?

I love Emerge.

MINT emerged top above all, 2 years in a row.

And for POS, we won 3 years in a row.

Woohoo. (:

But not mention, other clusters, especially SMU did very very well too.

They deserve to win as well.

I miss the daily, late nights-POS practises.

Tiring but fun.

Painful but fruitful.

There were tears and laughter. Friendships were built, we became one.

We won ourselves a pair of crocs each and Everlast voucher.

So we're going shopping this comin mon, which also means I have to make another trip back to KL purposely to hang out with the big family which I will never ever miss for anything.

EMERGE DAY 1

POS is over.

Phew.

A little relieved, very much missing each and every POS members.

We did an awesome job today and I am just so proud to be a MINT-er.

POS prac was so fun today (:
I mean, I came to realise how awesome this bunch of sampat people are..
And I'm so afraid to count down the number of days we won't be meeting for prac anymore..
As for now, all we can do is to do our best and cherish the remaining days we spend together.
We have so many fun plans and activities planned out for the next 2 weeks before Emerge..
And I sense that we're gonna have a blast!
Though its going to be tiring practising every night starting from this week..
BUT it is gonna be SO worth it.

My little angel

Every morning, I look forward to seeing my little angel's cute little face.

Every morning as she opens her humpy eyes, she will just melt my heart.

I cannot imagine life without her.

Our bond grew so strong that each time I'm out of the house, I find myself constantly thinking and worrying for her.

And at random, I would miss her, though I left the house a few minutes ago.

She is a little cookie monster at times, but in the midst of her monstrous moments, I see her angelic side.

She made me, moulded me and shaped me into a more responsible, caring, loving person..

And a very good mother to be.

Nevertheless, she is an awesome companion, and at times, I find myself talking to her which I do enjoy very much (:
